Giving this character a kiss?: You can try, though Virgil would not be comfortable with it.
Doing anything more then hugging and kissing: attempting to play grab-ass or grope this Marshal will likely lead to a punch to the face, or if the person's a repeat offender/especially invasive, a gun will be pointed. So basically, you could try - just Virgil really, really likes to have their personal space.
Punching this character (provided they are given an opportunity to fight back): Sure, go ahead - but the elf will give as good as they takes, so be prepared for a knocked down drag out fight.

Can you injured this character?: Sure, but please ask me first and I don't want them completely maimed.
Can you kill this character?: Please don't unless I approach you first about it.
Can you use telepathy on this character?: They're familiar with Telepathy, so yes - though, they will start using various tricks to try to block out mind-readers if he suspect someone's eavesdropping on their thoughts.
Can we 4th wall the character?: HIGHLY unlikely to happen, but please no - it'd break the elf's mind.
Can we mind control/Reprogram this character?: ASK ME first and if it's for plot, I will probably allow it.

Psychometry: It is a form of ESP where the person has the ability to pick up emotional impressions, and visual fragments of events off of an object by touching it. For example, Virgil can pick up a watch found in a ditch, and experience the previous owner's intense fears and split-second images of a man with a knife and even psychosomatic pain from the 'attacks', leading them to conclude the watch belonged to a man that was stabbed to death.
Normally Virgil wears gloves whenever they leave their home to prevent accidental contact since obviously this kind of thing can wear down a person's sanity, but if they suspect a crime has occurred, or that they needs to find someone/something, they will use this talent to help. Let me know if you DO NOT want anything of your character's to be 'Read' this way. And if I do have Virgil do a reading, do tell me what they would see/feel from the object.
Crimes and shit Virgil is from an alternate 1860s, and while it is far more tolerant then the real world version, there are still many prejudices and weird misconceptions about people abound. While Virg is better then most of their peers, they have to deal with ugly shit in their career, such as murders, etc. Let me know what you don't want them to mention
